# Submit support request

Before you submit, please include:

- A clear description of the issue. A short screen recording is even better. Use a tool like <a href="https://www.loom.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Loom</a> or <a href="https://www.usebubbles.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Bubbles</a> or <a href="https://gyazo.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Gyazo</a> (they're all free).

The exact URL where the issue happens, if it's on your storefront.
